The Captain

The film is based on the Sichuan Airlines Flight 8633 accident. On May 14, 2018, when Sichuan Airlines flight 3U8633 was flying from Chongqing to Lhasa, the right front windshield of the cockpit shattered, causing injuries to the first officer and forcing the crew to make an emergency descent. Facing the dire situation, captain Liu Chuanjian and the his crew calmly dealt with this situation.
